1. NSC Account Info
These values become the PH3 header row in the final NSC file. Complete them first so the build step can validate the submission details.
2. Gather and upload files
Start with certified CALPADS 1.23, then use the SIS-specific guidance for any supplemental fields. Uploads are checked immediately so users know whether the file looks right before building.

Aeries source guidance
Use CALPADS Report 1.23 only after the EOY2 upload is certified, then upload the required Aeries supplemental query. Program-code fields are optional.

Build creates the NSC preview and validation results. If ACT codes are missing or invalid, correct them here and rebuild the output before downloading.

ACT code corrections
Enter the missing or invalid five- or six-digit ACT code for each school, then apply the correction to update the output file. Placeholder codes such as 000000 or 111111 are not accepted.
